====== How can I solve a problem not mentioned in this FAQ? ======
  * 1. If you have an old version of ispCP (especially RC3 or older): try upgrading.
  * 2. Search the forum for your problem.
  * 3. Search the [[Frequently Asked Questions:Where can I find relevant logs to solve a problem?|relevant logs]] for errors.
  * 4. If you found an error, try to understand it, so that you can solve the problem by yourself.
  * 5. If you are not able to do so, please use the forum search again - this time with the log message
  * 6. If you can not find a solution, ask in the forum for help. Post/attach the logs and give detailed information about your system, especially about the following
  * - real server or virtual server (OpenVZ/Virtuosso/VSserver...)
  * - operating system (e.g. Debian Etch)
  * - 32bit/64bit
  * - ispCP version (e.g. RCx, nightly build date x, svn checkout revision x)
  * - fresh ispCP install or updated from older version
