After Serverreboot some Services doesn't start !?

Hi there,

i Reboot my Debian 4.0 Etch Server. After reboot some Services doesn't start, look ike this:

What can be my Problem ? Why the Services doesn't start !?

Some of them are not running by default -> for more information search the forum.
Some of them (smtp, ftp) should run. Try starting them manually.
