why when I add an alias in my domain interface, the status stay on "Awaiting for approval" and the alias will not added ?

Can you tell me a solution ?

the user of the domain create an alias, the reseller get a mail and must allow this... in this mail is also a link. follow this link and everything is ok

When a create an alias, the status stay "Awaiting for approval" and transfer never been "ok" !

So, it's an error, not another thing

did you login as reseller (reseller for this domain user!!), did you go to the Users page and then did you go to the menu "Aliases" on the left?

And did you read what it's saying?
