VHCS Omega 1.0 has reached the status freeze. Only bugfixes where made from now on. We know that we are late some days. We decided to release a Release Candidate 1 (RC1) before releasing VHCS Omega 1.0.
We need(ed) another branch of days to implement the new features without errors. There is a lot of stuff left. However, VHCS Omega 1.0 will be more stable and secure than VHCS 2.4.7.1 was.
A List with changes will follow with the VHCS Omega 1.0 - RC1 release.
If you have ambition to help us, please feel free to send us bugfixes. A HowTo get into the developing team will be online soon after release of the RC1.

about that part.. i don`t think you should even think of making a howto get in the dev team.. you should just look arround for people that are asking you to join and for people that are making mods and perhaps ask them to join you. but that`s my opinion.
Congrats on the release

Can´t wait to try it out. Is the development team going to support several linux distributions for easy installation?
hey moulin, we try to get supporters for other distris. It's not that easy to handle and know all of them. If anyone is talented in SuSE (9.3 - 10), SLES 9, Feodora (Core 4-6), Slackware, Gentoo, *BSD, Mandrake, etc. help us!
Coolies, I hope isp control panel will really take off after that! Can't wait to try it out, keep up the good work!
Will the Omega release also support Debian Etch (php5/Mysql5)?
yes, we will support all Unix distro.
I do not want to miss out on the new release. Is it possible to get a notification when the new version (RC1) is available for download?
