One more question...

Is it possible that the user get suspended automatically for exceeding the allocated bandwith? AND also instead of apache "page not found" page to shown, some page with custom message to be shown??

Yes, mod_cband is included in ispCP.

Per default there should be a ispCP Error 404.
The Customer can replace it in the Errors folder.
