why when I add an alias in my domain interface, the status stay on "Awaiting for approval" and the alias will not added ?

Can you tell me a solution ?

only the reseller can mangage the domain (user) and the alias

log in as reseller > manage user and then take a look at the menu on the right side

the user of the domain create an alias, the reseller get a mail and must allow this... in this mail is also a link. follow this link and everything is ok

or go through the menu:

did you login as reseller (reseller for this domain user!!), did you go to the Users page and then did you go to the menu "Aliases" on the left?

And did you read what it's saying?

please do this and then come back!

does the reseller activate this order?
