Hello,

after checking the tickets an the whishlist I can't find the milestone "Releas a debian package". Wouldn't it be nice to have a own source on your server where you can release the RC releases in a kind of experimental tree and the final ones in a testing tree?
So updating would be much more easy and all users will automatically get the new versions. Also you'll get also tests for the package which should be an official debian package in future ;-)

When you wanted to be the Maintainer for this package, you can do this Job.

But you see in the last time not very much from this Dev. At the moment no one works on it and i believe that this take a long time until a Package will be released.

I did not see raphael this year here .
And until Version 1.0.0 it make not really sense to build a Debian Package.
