cant submit new ticket, always detected as a spam

cant submit new ticket, always detected as a spam

is there a guide line how to create a good ticket so it doest detected as spam ? couse now my ticket always tag as a spam Sad

PS: would someone create this ticket for me, thx

subject: fix some configuration and makefile in freebsd distro
description:
this patch is for somefile that require by Makefile to operation successful

* fail to copy network startup file
* fix some path and variable
* fix compile error due tab spacer
