[CLOSED (again] OpenSUSE 10,3 problems

ERROR: External command '/usr/sbin/postmap /etc/postfix/ispcp/{aliases,domains,mailboxes,transport,sender-access} &> /tmp/ispcp-setup-services.log' returned '1' status !

how to fix this? I have tried google, but that went to a german forum, and a bit weird answer.

So, can anyone help me figuring out this?

Thanks.

[UPDATE]
I re-opened the thread, look in the last post.

[UPDATE]
This thread is now closed by me, because i think my install is sp messed up, that it cant be saved without really much working on it, and i dont want to use that much time on it!

So, thanks for your help everybody.

My solution is, that i reinstall the server completely when i can.

New problem in OpenSuSE 10.3

Hey again.

My other thread was closed (a bit too fast IMO), so ill try again.

I got a new problem, i just downloaded the trunk for today, and ran the install from the beginning (on the same server as before)

I already tried with RC4 on this server, and it gave the error.

But now, im getting the same error? :S

Can someone please help me getting out of this error?

Without reinstalling the OS, because im hundreds of kilometers away from my server, so its not possible to reinstall OpenSuSE.

Thanks
DiXeoN

RE: New problem in OpenSuSE 10.3

Did you checked out the current Trunk ?
RatS changed it today, so it is in the current Trunk and in the NightyBuild tomorrow!

what do you mean when you say "Did you checked out the current Trunk ?"

I have downloaded the newest trunk available (31/03)

As you said

Quote:

Includes the files from the 29/03. But RatS did the change today at 10:49.
Use svntools/subversiontools under linux to check out the current trunk under --> http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/browser/trunk

or wait for tomorrow and download the nee nighty-build.

RE: OpenSUSE 10,3 problems...

There are no more {aliases,domains,mailboxes,transport,sender-access} values in trunk since days ... don't know what's your problem; I've searched all files for this.

RE: OpenSUSE 10,3 problems...

okay

But maybe the problem is, that i re-installed it onto a server which already had the RC4 package, which does not work?

And then they conflict each other?

Maybe?

RE: OpenSUSE 10,3 problems...

maybe you try the update steps in INSTALL.

Copy your keys, delete all content of /srv/www/ispcp and copy the files in /engine and /gui of the latest trunk into /srv/www/ispcp; copy back your keys. All should work as expected.
