RE: File does not exist: /htdocs

on my server the error was the "/". http://domain.tld/stats/ worked fine, but the http://domain.tld/stats was wrong, that's why i insert the 3th row of the rewrite rule.

DaSilva: Did you changed the awstats path to your awstats? Did you restart the webserver? What do you see in the browser?

RE: File does not exist: /htdocs

The stats are not the problem.
Everything works there.
The problem is that entry in /var/log/apache2/error.log:

Quote:
[Thu Apr 03 12:55:15 2008] [error] [client ::1] File does not exist: /htdocs

I cannot find where it comes from.

RE: File does not exist: /htdocs

I have the same problem in the errror.log
the error begin like this:
[Wed May 07 10:18:54 2008] [info] server seems busy, (you may need to increase StartServers, or Min/MaxSpareServers), spawnin
g 8 children, there are 0 idle, and 23 total children
[Wed May 07 10:19:06 2008] [error] [client ::1] File does not exist: /htdocs

the last line is repeated some time (11 times).

I have acted limiting the numeber of apache process (seems that I was going wasting all the ram), but i cannot find any request in the apache logs.

I still have RC3.

Thanks
