you missed:
# apt-get install $(cat ./docs/Debian/debian-packages-sarge)

RE: HELP installation on a debian won't run
omg, is it your first time you spend with linux???
you say you have sarge, but why do you take updates for etch?
yes, you should follow the Install instructions step by step, but you should also understand what you are typing in the console...

RE: HELP installation on a debian won't run
Hi Rene ,
i'am not so good with linux like another OS with name i not will say here
butt anyway what me borry is :
debian:/usr/local/src/ispcp/ispcp-omega-1.0.0# deb http://dotdeb.pimpmylinux.org/ oldstable all
bash: deb: command not found
and
debian:/usr/local/src/ispcp/ispcp-omega-1.0.0# apt-get install $(cat ./docs/Debian/debian-packages-sarge)
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Package apache2-common is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
apache2.2-common apache2-utils
E: Package apache2-common has no installation candidate

RE: HELP installation on a debian won't run
Please use Debian Etch. Sarge is to old. With Etch you will not have any Problems.
@Team: I think, would should not longer support Debian Sarge. What Do you think?
OS : Debian 4.0 Etch 64bit
ispCP Version : 1.0.0 r1335 - 27.08.08 (NightlyBuild)
Activated : AWStats dynamic
Mods : update via NightlyUpdateScript
!!! NO SUPPORT VIA PM OR EMAIL !!!

RE: HELP installation on a debian won't run
When he has Etch, why he use dotdeb?
@Peter: Remove dotdeb from your sources.list and try again. But first after remove:
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
You don't need this source when you use Etch.
OS : Debian 4.0 Etch 64bit
ispCP Version : 1.0.0 r1335 - 27.08.08 (NightlyBuild)
Activated : AWStats dynamic

he followed the install instructions step by step, and i think he doesn't really know what he does...
