I have 2 servers, the first one is already running with VHCS and contains
all the
domains.
The other one is running VHCS Omega and I need to migrate everything
(domains,mails, ftp, etc) from the first one to this one.
Could you help me to do this? with the less end users impact???.

Which is different to what I do.

Are you looking to decommision the old server?
Moving the IP addresses to the new server?
Moving hostname to new server?
Do you have a secondary mail exchanger?
