 POW-WOW in Denmark summer 2008
I'm working on making an get together week in the summer of 2008 in Denmark, where it will be possible to bring the familie or the girlfriend.
For now I'm working on finding a good place near the sea (west denmark), with enough room for as many as possible, and I have my eyes on a place with nice fasilities for eating both inhouse and a very nice and cheap restaurant not fare from there. Also the dinning room are great, TV room, spa-bath, sauna etc.
It's my hope that as many of the developers etc., will like to spend a week in denmark, so we all can get to learn to know eatch other better and that we can talk face to face about the past and the future of the project.
Let me know your respond to the idear.

Okay, there is one thing Linux is wayback on MS, Linux dont have the amount of securety updates.

it's a good idea - I'll try to make it possible for me to come up in the north... :-)
(as long as I have an internet access and gsm roaming..., I can arrage it very well... :-)
with the tent... hm, well... I'm getting older... :-(

If the place I have my eyes on, can be availble for us, there will be about 20 beds, with options for more sleeping space in each room, but also for the once that will like the tent option there will be a lot of space for that too. As soon I know the week number it will be listed here in this post.

Is there around somewhere an Airport? Because from where i live to the west of denmark it's about 900 km and i don't want to drive this by car

Yep, Billund is the nearst airport for the spot that I have my eyes on for now, but why not make it relaxing, go by train :-)
