domain limit for a reseller - tristezo2k - 07-05-2011 04:19 PM

I have defined a reseller called "seba".
He just reach the limit of 5 domains/users and ispCP belives that is the maximun limit since he can not add new domains/users.
If I log as admin, his user is with domain limit = 0, meaning he should have no limit.

When I log with seba I see at /reseller/index.php that
Account name seba
User accounts 5 / 5 of unlimited
Subdomains 0 / 50 of unlimited
[...]

However, I can not see this limit when checking his user with the admin account!

Any clue?
Thanks in advance,
Sebastian

This means 5 used / 5 assigned / unlimited available, so the reseller effectively has no limit on how many users he can create. Can you specify the exact error you get when trying to create a new user with this reseller?

I feel awfully stupid. Yesterday I was quite destroyed and flying by instruments, over 30 hours since I woke up, and (even when I had used a lot in the past) failed to find the "add user" button.

Please discard this thread since it is working great.
