This solution for ispCP is based on the use of a separate hCron daemon.
It's requires some skill in the compilation.
Tested under RH, FC, CentOS, Mandriva
1. Download atached ZIP to local machine.
2. See install.txt

Hi there,
Thankz for this nice development ;P
I get an error -> File not found!, When adding a cronjob. I noticed that
if (file_exists($file)) always returns false.
This happens on the files located at /var/www/virtual ...
If I test with a file inside /var/www/ispcp/gui it returns true ?
I also configured /var/www/virtual/ on php.ini (master) and 00_master
Anyone knows how ti fix this ?

As an assignment, you must add the cron right posledolvatelnost command line.
For example -
php /var/www/virtual/veterinars.ru/htdocs/test.php
perl /var/www/virtual/veterinars.ru/htdocs/ikonboard.cgi
phyton .....

i got some errors at compile the hcron, but its running.
but i can´t test hcron because cant add cronejobs.
