I'm a littlebit cofused. What will you say with that?

RE: Switching from ISPCP - joximu - 10-26-2009 07:43 AM

Maybe he wants to say:
- I sent a PM to 3 moderators, about problems with wordpress - I did not get a response
- I asked some questions in the forum - with very few information and got only a general answer.
- I think "something is not possible to change" and the support is crap. Even if I wrote only 5 posts until now.

In my opinion: Wordpress has nothing to do with ispCP and changes in the php.ini are normal basic knowlege.

RE: Switching from ISPCP - W4K - 11-01-2009 07:09 AM

First of all i posted some errors i had because of open_basedir, nobody answered. so i sent some staff members the errors afters 2 days. Ofcourse it "includes wordpress" because the code was used on wordpress. But wordpress couldn't read them because of open_basedir and stuff like that. Which has to do with php.ini.
Then i got told to use the search function, which i did, But i only found things in german. I'm not german so i couldn't understand it...
Then i started searching around myself and found some sort of an document that might had to do with the open_basedir thing, and i changed but nothing happend there.

Then i got an expert to do the change stuff and restart the apache but nothing happend..
That's one of the reasons i switched off ispcp, because something "basic" as you say doesn't work. + some of the most basic features every control panel should have doesn't exist. not just the one i made a suggestion about. And yes it was the right php.ini

"LOL" all you want, but obviosuly you don't know that this has nothing to do with wordpress. So lol back at you. And it was even tested outside php.ini with the same result.

Joximu, when it goes 2 days without nobody reponsing to how to fix a open_basedir question, and why ispcp doesn't use htaccess since i was unable to find. Then the support is crap.

W4K what is it exactly with Wordpress that does not work? Many of my users are using Wordpress and they have no issues what so ever, and yes I'm also using ispCP and Wordpress for my personal blog.

Don't open a lot of Threads for one Problem!!!

Discuss here in your old Thread:
