this is not the vhcs project, so this development has nothing to do with the vhcs development.
It is pretty simple. If you want to developt the vhcs project you can do it, but if you do not like the management, the idea, the coding style or something else of the vhcs project you can run your own project but not under the same name.

VHCS Omega can not be follower or fork of the official VHCS development because it runs outside of the the official project. Please do not use the same name.

There are a lot of examples in the OS community that peoples runs parallel project based on another project and do the works better and of course this project get popular ... but they never use the same name.

... and also no one of your team ever have developed something for the vhcs project. This is also a reason why you shoud not use the vhcs name.

Thats not true.
What about RatS and Ephigenie?

If it is true or not, when he want to change the Name, we should do it.
We can discuss here without a end get no solution.

Well, since the last idea was to have Omega as a part of IspCP we could say that IspCP will be a collection of different applications linked together!

So what's about calling all that appz with a greek letter name?

Omega Control Panel sounds good and it's somehow charming.
The downside is that it says nothing about the purpose of the software... O_o

But in some wa it would be nice to get a name that relates with IspCP that will be the house in wich the hosting panel will seat! Am I wrong?

Alex@VHCS still is not very clear on his comments. He also failed to answer the points raised in my reply.

As VHCS is licensed under the MPL license, we now have written authorisation/request from the original author of VHCS to change the name.

I think we should make good use of this opportunity and default to my original proposal:
ISP CP OMEGA (the current fork)
ISP CP PRO/ENTERPRISE (multi server environment)

Hmm, does he realy gave his authorisation? I dont think that a post is enough. Because everybody may have done this post. He must only create an account like "ALEX_the_real_VHCS_guy" and then we have a problem

But maybe i have the wrong view of this thing. XD
