Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I have on the panel 3 mail accounts with state ERROR, I can not remove these accounts from the panel,

How can I do to eliminate them?

Ok, thank you very much, I thought that there may be another way to eliminate mail user, I removed BD and there is no problem with the operation panel
