awstats no atiende

Esos pasos ya los hice y sigue igual, arroja este mensaje:

Not Found
The requested URL /stats/midominio.com was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at localhost Port 80

Alguna otra idea de que estoy haciendo mal ?
