It's a bug

in webtools we have:
***
if (isset($cfg['DUMP_GUI_DEBUG'])) dump_gui_debug();
***

and the variable is always set - if true or false...

The other files have this:
if ($cfg['DUMP_GUI_DEBUG']) dump_gui_debug();

I'll change this in the trunk. Thanx for reporting!
