php is not pharsing

hi,

i've upgraded vhcs 2.4.7.1 to ispcp 1.0.0 rc3 with the updatescript. after some problems which i solved, i've got 2 problems now:

1. php is not activated. probably suexec is not starting (suexec.log don't exist). the browser is trying to download the php-file. only the ispcp-subdomain for the interface works
2. when i type a other domain (which runs on ispcp) into my browser i get this error:

in addtition all www-dir owners are set to root (even the files). on one domain i tryed to change it to vu2004:www-data but it didn't help.

ok, i got ispcp working so far. php is runnung. but i still get the error with the permissions. is set the permissions to 777 and to the right vu-user and group!

what can i do?

edit: ..."apache2ctl -S" tells me, that the vhosts are installed correctly, but it's still not working

Should work with vu2XXX:vu2XXX (user:group)
Check you passwd/group for more info. www-data as group is only set when system need to work there

no clue what it wants to tell me. in that directory is no .htaccess-file...

this error is occuring at all domains and subdomains. only the ispcp interface works properly. i havn't change any apache2-templates of ispcp or so.

damn, i found the problem: the directory of the domain it's self wasn't chrooted right.

this is solved now. but somehow i got a problem with proftpd:
when i connect to the proftpd it just disconects me right away. this is what my ftp-client gives me:
