how to install ffmpeg om debian ?
or install from isp ?? seting?

What the hell does ffmpeg have to do with ispcp?
ffmpeg isn't even a server software and if you wanted to set up some music/video streaming server with reencoding or so, you're better off asking the general linux questions in some more general forum like the one of the distro you're using.
