Mysql Table Error!

A critical error just was encountered while executing function
mysqldb_quota_by_mysql_engine() in /var/www/ispcp/engine/quota/ispcp-dsk-quota

Error encountered was:

Database 'db-konf' exists only in table 'sql_database'!!!
========================================================================

i have find what the problem of this, but i din't find any clue for this,.. i allready check the other thread who got the same problem, then i check the ispcp-dsk-quota but nothing wrong and the syntax allready the new one. and heres the syntax i mean in other thread :

$rs = mysqldb_quota_by_mysql_engine(); <== and mine allready this too

anyone have solved this probs?

Which MySQL version?
what's the path of the db-konf - /var/lib/mysql/... ?

[root@kontrol mysql]# rpm -qa mysql
mysql-5.1.32-1.el5.remi
[root@kontrol mysql]#

This error allready start 1 week ago and not just that db but some of other else get that error to, when i see /var/lib/mysql the db-konf was not there.
