I am a self-motivated, dynamic, optimistic, and career-oriented professor of a reputable University. I currently handle the course of REIT. Real Estate Investing or Real Estate Investments is my field of expertise and specialization. As an instructor, I am more on employing the deductive approach of teaching which allows students to generate first their generalization before going through the topics bit by bit. I am also inclined in giving the students activities which are experiential in nature where their involvements in the activities are vital.
