database revision should be 1 for updaters

when someone updates from RC3 the database revision also should be set to 1 because otherwise the mail_addr field will not be updated with the addresses when calling the db-update function in the gui.

From RC4 on, the revision should be set to 2 - but only for new installations...

Or: other solution: the update script should run the dbupdater...
