php and cgi options in the hosting plans

I have found a small bug with the hosting plans

How to reproduce ? 

1) make a new plan "Standard" with php and cgi option switch on
2) add a domain with the plan "Standard" and clic on "Edit this plan"
3) the php and cgi options are not set

If you don't clic on "Edit this plan", the php and cgi options will be set
