Description

I don't like the kind mod_cband acts after a customer has a higher traffic than allowed / purchased. The website shouldn't be replaced with a "traffic exceeded" site. Instead of that the customer and the reseller / admin should get an e-mail for that event at the end of a month with the amount of the additional traffic. This solution allows that the website is always online and the reseller / admin can react (customer must purchase more or something else). Perhaps this can be de- / activated in the resellers / admins backend.
