Possibility to have a limit on mailboxes and not on mail addresses

Description

Now ispCP Omega limits the number of mail addresses on a domain. Since a mail forwarder address doesn't consume much disk space, it can be interesting of ISP's to limit the number of real mailboxes instead of mail addresses.
