Setup Email headers not correct

The setup email is sending wrong headers because the sender can't be identified in them and the message body has header info like if something in the header is breaking and turning it into body.

Attached is the original email headers and ispCP email setup printscreen.

The server is webliveserver.net (ispcp is on admin.webliveserver.net)

I found the problem is in admin-functions.php : function encode() I commented out all (weird) encoding stuff and everything is working fine with special characters.

I can see why such function exists, but looks like it doesn't work at all (at least with gmail, haven't tested with other systems)

maybe fixed in r1147 - please reopen, if not.
