in gui/reseller/ahp.php TR_PHP_YES, TR_PHP_NO, TR_CGI_YES, TR_CGI_NO and TR_STATUS_YES aren't replaced correctly

Description

The template variables (radio buttons) TR_PHP_YES, TR_PHP_NO, TR_CGI_YES, TR_CGI_NO and TR_STATUS_YES if you add a hosting plan aren't correctly replaced. If you don't submit something, nothing is replaced, if you submit something, only ..._NO are replaced. Tested with r1163.
