show the user's disk quota and the diks usage in the user list

Description

Insert this columns to the user list: disk quota/usage; trasfer limit/usage. Maybe the admins can be see the resellers disk quota/usage and transfer limit/usage.

I think that, this is a realy useful modification.

The users who used more than 98% of his limit we could see on the top of the list or in the list with other color.

Figured I'd try to help on this one... Attached is a patch for adding the disk usage status to the resellers user list.
