when a new ticket is created mail to admin contain encoded strings: 

all.eu.bogus send ticket To: "=?UTF-8?B?Rmlyc3QgbmFtZSBMYXN0IG5hbWU=?=" <sci2tech@cms.eu.bogus>, From: "=?UTF-8?B?Rmlyc3QgbmFtZSBMYXN0IG5hbWU=?=" <sci2tech@cms.eu.bogus>, Status: OK!
User IP: 192.168.1.2
