two errors prevent installation on Ubuntu Hardy Heron and solution to both

libapache2-mod-fastcgi is not available for hardy heron and of course its totally required. I resolved this by downloaded it manually. i got it from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/i386/libapache2-mod-fastcgi/2.4.6-0ubuntu1 here or in the script it could wget it from here. http://launchpadlibrarian.net/11949401/libapache2-mod-fastcgi_2.4.6-0ubuntu1_i386.deb

Also the package list is wrong for Hardy Heron, there is no libperl5.10 but there is a libperl5.8 modifying the ubuntu-packages-hardy file to list 5.8 instead of 5.10 allowed it to complete without issue.

I thank you for your response; perl5.8 is readded in package list; libapache2-mod-fastcgi is in multiverse; I add this info in INSTALL.
