suexec is now an extra Package in Debian Lenny. 

# apt-cache search suexec
apache2-suexec - Standard suexec program for Apache 2 mod_suexec
apache2-suexec-custom - Configurable suexec program for Apache 2 mod_suexec

Should be added to the lenny-package-list.

You just have to add one of them. You can't install both packages. I installed the standard-package, thats working. I just posted both packages, so you can choose, which one you want to add. The configurable- or the standard-package.

Sorry, i should have been more exacting.
