Option to disable usage of sasldb with Postfix

Omega fails if we do use another auxprop plugin but sasldb (and therefore the sasldb files do not exist) because "ispcp-mbox-mngr" alsways tries to update user/pw data through "sasldb_passwd".

There should be an option to disable the sasdlb method for those who do use another auxprop plugin.

this will be added in a later release. First the storage of mail - related data in mysql has to be changed substantly. Before that - it makes no sense to change that behaviour .

Sorry, but I disagree. It is possible to use different auxprop plugins without the need of any DB structure changes ! Thus making the "sasldb" program calls optional will not change anything for the users using saslb but will provide the possibility to use a different plugin ...

at the moment there is no option to change the auth prog. Therefore I move this for later milestones. If anyone has written a patch: please provide it!
