I think it would be good to check if mysql is running before taking all the users input in ispcp-setup. Maybe prompt them to start mysql before continuing...

If you follow the install instructions you have to set the mysql root password right before the setup. This won't be possible if mysql is not running.

Maybe a note in the instruction can be added "make sure mysql is running"...
