Better Spam Prevention on the Forum

Seeing that I run into quite a few spammer accounts while looking over the board, I highly suggest deploying better anti-spam prevention, perhaps even this mod: Registration Security Question. On more than one occasion, users who aren't aware of spammers have responded to their posts with confusion over the lack of assistance. This makes the community look bad.
